Hindsight is 20/20, but is Michael Turner worth that 2nd round pick NOW?

    we talking Tim or Matt?;)

Turner definitely needs to be a featured back somewhere before we can give him All Pro status reps.

I think he'll become a darn good back if given the chance

someone already proved that tired "garbage time" point to be complete BS. And someone also posted games where he was the feature back. All went for thumbs up in Turner's case.

That is ridiculous. 1. Henry hasn't even had a chance to prove himself but from what we have seen so far the guy looks like he could be pretty darn good. 2. Turner has yet to be a feature back where he gets 300+ carries over a whole season and you are anointing him as one of the best RBs in the NFL.

For all we know Henry could be every bit a good or even better. I really like Turner and wanted him for a 2nd round pick but from what I've seen so far of Henry I've done a compete 180. Henry will be cheap as long as he is on his rookie contract, Turner would be expensive. In hind sight the Titans might have made the better decision not giving more than a 2nd for Turner and drafting Henry. Add to the mix that LW looks like he can be reliable when he gets in better shape and we are set for the next couple of years at RB without the huge CAP hit.

Henry looks like a stud. We have all been concerned he was a bust and wasted pick but the last 2 weeks he looks like he can be a big time back. After sunday's performance by lendale and henry we can basically put this thread away.

Couldn't agree more. The idea of acquiring Turner is a sexy one, but I've got no desire to make someone else's back-up RB one of, if not the highest paid player on the Titans (and make no mistake that's what it'll take to get him to Tennessee). If the team is going to sign someone to a big time FA contract, then at least sign someone who's actually put up the numbers, rather than a guy who's looked good in limited playing time.
