I'm so sick of this blind Fisher loyalty. If you don't agree he should be fired, fine. But if you are calling people who think otherwise idiots you are being oblivious to the facts. As has been said a thousand times, a HC is like a CEO, everything ultimately falls on them regardless of if you agree or not. Fisher has:
    - promoted Cecil and stuck with him this long. Fail.
    - thought we would be okay with rookie returners. Fail.
    - refused to even consider that maybe KFC is a part of the problem and continues to say he offers us our "best chance to win" (pay no mind to our 0-4 record). Fail.

And most importantly, he was at the helm when we went from having the best regular season record to being the laughingstock of the league in only a few short months. Like I said, if you are still behind Fisher that's cool. But don't act like Titan fans don't have a reason to be calling for his head.

CC is an upgrade from Jimbelina, of course anyone would be IMO.

other points I totally agree with you on.

    probably

I'm still glad JS is gone, wish he would have taken Lowery with him.

Wonder if the DC he took with him along with CCs promotion is a big part of the Ds issues. Certainly there is a lack of continuity. The same players running the same scheme apparently incapable of doing so.

KVB has been terrible. I watched him specifically 5-6 times today on obvious passing downs. He would come out of his stance spin in a circle and then the rookie T would shove him backwards 2 yards - play over for KVB

Yep, KVB is sucking big time, he's getting thrown around like a Barbie doll. Too bad for him, this is a contract year for him I believe.

How to fix the team is a hard question to figure out. Everyone gave good comments but there are little things we have to think of. For instance, Chuck Cecil is new to the play calling. My thought would have been to promote McGinnis since he was a HC at one point. But I think our defense will take time to adjust to him. We really don't have the personnel to switch to a 3-4. In a effective 3-4, the DT is a big body. The closes thing we had to one of those plays in Washington for $100 million. Plus our defensive ends aren't as agile to drop back into coverages.

We do need a change. We lack the toughness that once was our identity. I think Shannahan or Billick would be a good fit.

Ironic that you say that, because I think Michael Jackson, Farrah Fawcett and Steve irwin would be nearly as effective this season as our LBs have been.
