Find a job that will be rewarding. As well as one that you will go to and come home from!

    You guys said it...

That's exactly why I decided not to. The subject interested me, but I realized I couldn't do much with it.

Just make sure you pick a career that will be around in the future. Anything in the medical field or IT should be around.

If you can handle it you might look at getting an Associate degrees in Mortuary Science and Embalming. It is a steady job. Face it people will always be dying and there will always be a need for funeral homes.

As long as you don't go to ITT Tech, you're a step ahead of a lot of people. Money leeches. Scummy institution, of you can even call it an institution.

You have to do something that you really like but at the same time be smart about it. Most of these majors now won't help you with a job and if one of those is something you love then do it but just be careful.

For me I'm majoring in marketing then going to grad school for sports management. I know once I graduate I want to work for a pro team, which means moving to a big city. I also know I don't have the best odds to landing a job with a team I want or a city I want to live in. That's why I picked business to help with sports management but also as a back up.

Plan ahead, do some research, see if you have any connections for what you might want to do, try to limit the surprises when you go job hunting, and be smart about it.

    Noooooo!!!!

That's a trap. The students who major in that will immediately be kicked out of the university.

    2 things you need

    1. You are interested in it.
    2. There are jobs for it.

There are heaps of courses that sound cool and interesting but no jobs for it, therefore you waste your time.
