What would be wrong with firing Gray, keeping Williams and promoting him to DC, and adding some more talent to the defense? Not sure the team needs a full overhaul on that side of the field.

Of course, the new HC would have to be on board.

 

Nothing wrong with that, in all honesty, I don't think defense is worth investing too much in these days.

Greg Williams can handle the defense, we need an offensive minded head coach who knows something about offense!! This league is a passing league so that makes sense imo.

Nah I said he deserved 3 years basically because he performed well the first year. I've said all along playoffs or bust in year 3 and I meant it.

 

well I guess it is bust for him and I think if we do let him go you will not see him in the nfl unless he goes back to being an oline coach somewhere. just my opinion
