    Listen I like how Locker has played so far, I really do. I guess I just had these high hopes that he was going to be tough and a great leader, but he has let me down unfortunately.

    Locker's build and McNair's build are totally different. McNair was heavier and could deliver a hit such as a LB. Locker can only deliver a hit like a S or CB.

    I dont care how they can hit someone.....I just care about how much pain they are willing to play through for their team. Thats a way you can gain leadership. By battling through pain and toughing it out and laying it all on the line for your team shows that you care about the team above all. Thats what made McNair so good. He was a leader, a warrior, and people loved to go battle with him each week. His teammates saw how much he sacrificed for his team and it made people around him play better and tougher too! This is what Locker needs to do!
