Hard to get excited about Titans' draft

    If the scouts did their job and Pacman makes it back, we should be ok at most other positions by this time next year. I share your concern about our DL, but this is the mess we got ourselves into in 2001-2003. Maybe we can pick up a veteran to stop the bleeding, but that opportunity may or may not present itself.

    Eh...I would say the best way to upgrade your defense is to start with the worst player on it. That is Lamont. And we took Griffin. Seems the boys in the war room took it that way, too. Plus, he could have value as a corner. That, to them, was what made him more valuable than Ross, Houston, Nelson, Merriweather and Wright.

    They saw Griffin side by side with Ross in workouts, running the same drills on the same surface on the same day. They saw the two on tape playing the very same opponents. They picked Griffin. He is also two years younger than Ross.
