What an insulting thing to say about Chris Henry?!

He has been nothing but classy while keeping the bench warm!!! :ha:

I'd like him alot believe me, but I really think the colts will take him if he's still there for their pick, unless somehow both he and Darrius Heyward-Bey are both there, which I'd have the Colts going for DHB

    Two words. "Mike Williams".

I think Nicks will go to the second round.

I agree Jeff. Had anyone ever heard of him prior to the one-handed helmet catch that ESPN showed over and over? Not too many.

His value seems hype based right now. Those wacky GM's and Coaches have magical ways of spinning things just prior to the draft.

he's been one of them more productive WRs in college the last three years. he just played on a crappy team.

I really don't see us taking a WR in the 1st.

Yes. He had many, many more impressive moments than that 1 handed catch.

Torching Notre Dame being 1. He was their entire offense, pretty much. I noticed him one game and was impressed just because he seemed to do everything for them. Then he kept on through his career.

Mike Williams was lazy. Nicks doesn't seem lazy.

Putting on 14 pounds since the Combine doesn't raise a red flag?

    Final college season:
    Nicks - 68 rec., 1,222 yds., 12 TDs
    Williams - 95 rec., 1,314 yds., 16 TDs

    College career:
    Nicks - 181 rec., 2,840 yds., 21 TDs
    Williams - 176 rec., 2,579 yds., 30 TDs

Remember, Williams played only two seasons to Nicks' three and had to share the football with a number of other top players. Look at his stats from last season and you see 100+ games four times against McNeese State, Miami (FL), Notre Dame, and Boston College. BC is the only team over .500 last season. He was limited against NC's top opponents.

I'm not saying he can't develop into something special but I'm not getting all gaa-gaa over these numbers and it concerns me the guy would not find a way to stay in peak shape just a few months before the draft.
