    Quick recap:

    -Young sanitation worker buys winning ticket, then loses ticket

    -3 weeks later 3 rich white guys from 1 town over claim they bought the $1 winning ticket together.

    You decide

    I say they found that ticket and made up a B-S story about keeping the real winner anonymous.

    CT Lottery policy states that winners can't do that. Then the "winners" changed their story.
