    maybe, except that every picture on your cell can be seen by someone who knows what they're doing. if I won millions, I'm not tipping off any burglars.

    i vaguely remember a person getting a lotto ticket stolen that was a winner and he ended up suing and winning the amount without the guy signing the back of it.

    So he ha to have the ticket in hand when he won or was he one of those guys who always play the same numbers?

    If I knew I'd won, I'd put the ticket in something I could wear around my neck until I cashed it in.

    Not sure whether the winning numbers where his weekly numbers or not, but this is the largest prize ever won in CT Lottery history, and he LOST his ticket! It's just too crazy.
