Gruden headed to University of Miami

Harbaugh IMO would be down for the challenge that the NFL presents. Of course Michigan is just as big a challenge right now. I still see him going there before he comes to the NFL. Also, I don't think we have a snowball's chance in hell to grab him anyway.

Ryan would still bring something different, fire. You could say Rex Ryan is from the same coaching tree, and he is nothing like Fisher.

I've never bought the Miami/Gruden rumors for a second.....it makes no sense for him to go there. Kids would hate him. Plus he makes like 4 mil sitting in a booth for 3 hours every Monday night.

If I were a coach, I'd rather be in the college game.....much easier to win consistently and keep your job.

If one Harbaugh can lad the Ravens, then the other can lead the Titans.

Yeah. I think too much gets made of the "coaching tree" stuff. Who a coach learned under/after is only a part of the equation. Things like personality and innovation are also major factors in a coach's success.
