We let Finnegan go. obviously teams f**k up
Have you guys watched Jennings these past few seasons? He still has the name recognition (which is all many of you seem to care about), but he's definitely not the player he once was.
NFL.com estimates he'll be around $7m-$9m a year. Would you guys offer a 4yr/30-35mil deal? Lace it up with incentives.
Looks like another bubble could burst
Report: Packers considering franchise tag for Greg Jennings
That man is out of his mind if he thinks he's still worth $9M/yr
I'd offer him $6M for a year or two
I would have no problem cutting Washington and Hawkins to pay Greg Jennings 7-9mil a yr.
F*** that! Jennings ain't worth no 7-9mil a yr. Bowe might be but definitely not Jennings.
One a year or two? He's only 29. Many receivers play good football well into there mid-30s.
No reason to cut Washington, we have the money.
I think Jennings is still a #1WR and #1 guys get that type of money. Lots of people act as if Jennings is so much older than Bowe but he is only 1 yr older. I think Jennings is a better WR than Bowe and a better teammate. If I had my choice between Jennings and Bowe then I would go with Jennings.
