BWW's Mango Habanero wings are my favorite anywhere.
those are good. I put some of those on my order last time I was there. (it might have been the time before that) I remember the poster had an angel and a devil look about the face so I just had to see what that was all about. great stuff. I'm tempted to pick up a bottle of their sauce for at home tonight. it's wing night!

There's a way to pin a wing and/or drummette onto a cutting board with the sharp edge of a knife and pull all the fat and skin off with one motion.. Grill on high (one burner only - wings over off-burner, lid closed). Traditional wing sauce is Frank's HS and butter 50/50... It's a non-fried wing that smokes any fried or battered wing...
