None of it makes sense to me.

Small parking lot
No apparent main driving entrance, Although there does appear to be a walk in entrance off the main street. But no cross walk there. So maybe not.
Two open areas that look like parks. Obviously important open areas since the buildings near them have been cut to emphasize them.
There is a big sign in the upper left which I cannot read, but it prob a nice clue.
Large pipes and fanning in the center which to me means food service and lots of it.

I want to say that it is the mall from Dawn of the Dead. But I know that is not it cause the parking lot was much bigger.

Good guess, but not a mall.. HINT: it's changed names and the former name is more known..
