Goodell neutered?

    What about the severe financial damage to players who get hurt because of the bounty program?
    Severe punishment is warranted in this case. And unions suck.

    I agree if due process is followed. That's my only point. Unions have nothing to do with that.

    This isn't really a legal matter and it should kept inside the NFL. The NFL is a business and Goodell is the boss.
    What he says should be the last word.

    But when a boss is acting illegally trying to screw over his employees, legal ramifications will be taken. That's in any business.

    What law did he break? I'll be the first to admit I haven't followed this super close. But the fact is they had a bounty program and I didnt see the punishment as being draconian in the least.

    Thats alright and I guess it makes us even. I'm not in the mood for someone who calls TROLL at the drop of a hat.
    I think the punishment was just...you think bounty programs are just fine.
    Difference of opinion I guess.
