Phil is correct and he should know, he was a hard worker. I'm not a big Tom Brady fan, but I do respect his work ethic. QB's that want to be the best work hard at it. They're the first to the practice facility and the last to leave. Watch Brady on the sideline this weekend, always mulling over photos especially if the game isn't going his way. Always communicating with the players around him. Always trying to get the line fired up. There is so much more to being the QB than passing and handing the ball off; it's called intangibles and Vince does not possess them yet. I do think he needs a strong mentor and I believe Heimerdinger can provide that.
