keep fooling yourself...
Is Star Lotulelei as good as everyone says?
You're under valuing what a top 20 pick can get you. How many No.1 overall picks are out there killing it?
Alex Smith is lucky they let him throw the ball
Mario Williams is the most criticized player playing
JaMarcus Russell isn't even in the league now
More times than not it doesn't work out for those top picks
I'd rather have a good time winning than putting it off, and if this staff pulls it together, terrific.
We could actually win that game. Even with hasselback starting.
TheSureThing likes hating coaches
You're not winning this argument no matter how you try to twist the stats. How many top 5 picks are out there killing it? A lot more than there are from picks 10-15...
Honestly, It's not rocket science. The higher you pick, the better chance you have of picking a stud player.
Many times it doesn't work out for the top pick. But it works out a lot more for the higher picks than it does for the picks drafted after them.
90% of people will tell you stock piling talent is the best way to go. Only a few special coaches get the chance to draft by need and fill holes.
And we have our QB. So no to Geno.
I hope we have our QB as well but still by going with BPA if he is there than we should take him? Otherwise we would be drafting by need which is crazy right!
But what you and a few women keep saying is drafting higher is better, it's not!
Yes it gets you a good player, but our issues aren't personnel, they're coaching.
No player will change how we're coached. I'd rather our coaches figure it out and utilize what we have now.
Our issues are personnel, coaching, and front office. No wonder you keep thinking we'll win every weekend.
