It's ridiculous to cite a source that supports your opinion when you criticize the source when you don't agree with it. That's the exact reason why I can't every really take your arguments/statements seriously, you just say whatever you want, and don't worry about logical consistency of your opinions. It's similar to your issue with not even noticing who you're talking to, you don't take the time to think about what you're saying, you just throw something out there on a whim, or at least it seems that way.

No. It's not ridiculous. For the reason that I'll say so and so got an Oscar. It's to stir an interest if it wasn't already present. Not to say "this guy is good. Want proof? He got an oscar". It doesnt work that way.

Ah... stirring an interest... interesting defense, sense most criticism of you is that you just say things to get a rise out of people. Still a reason I choose not to listen to you. It's not too complex, don't kid yourself.

do you do the right thing or do you do what is in the best interest of the individual ? personally, I think the 'right' choice was made .... but I would have preferred to have stayed in the 'sane' environment
