I'll take the Steelers. It will be a low scoring game but I think the Steelers offense is better than the Ravens offense. They will win it late in the 4th.

quite possibly the funniest post ever

Ravens and Steelers seems like a pretty even matchup, both are tough physical teams, but I think the Steelers get the better of the Ravens once again, especially since the Ravens are just coming off a gruesome game against the Titans. Teams usually don't fair well after playing us.

If the Ravens execute as poorly as they did against the Titans then the Steelers will hang 30 points on them. Say what you want to, but that game got handed to you and had we not made 3 bone head turnovers and 12 penalties then you all never get close. And since we shootin it strait here, what do you think about the play when Ed Reed grabbed an already tackled Chris Johnson and attempted to break him, resulting in a 15 yard penalty against us when we tried to push him off?

Like i said when we played them, if you keep Big Baby Ben from making plays with his legs and keep Hines Ward from making big catches anyone can beat the Steelers.

Until this year I never posted on opposing team's boards, I guess it's just b/c we went to the playoffs this year. From what I've seen it is AMAZING how much rooting for a particular team can color your judgment.

So being as objective as I can possibly be, but knowing objectivity may be completely out of reach, I think Ed Reed was trying to strip the ball. Here are some reasons why:

    1) Ravens always try to strip the ball.
    2) Whistle hadn't blown.
    3) No one has ever called Ed Reed a dirty player (at least until now) and he's been around a long time.
    4) This is the most important one. It's different when you're on the field. I don't know that Ed Reed realized what a compromising position CJ was in. On the replay it looks SCARY for a second. But look at where Ed is at, pulling the ball, I don't think he could really tell that the bottom half of CJ's body was contorted away from his torso like that.

So, through my purple glasses it looked like Ed was just playing football and had no idea how dangerous the situation was.

As for the Steelers game, the one factor I haven't heard mentioned that I think is critical is that we played you guys on a 6 day week, we'll play them on an 8 day week. Our bye was in early September! I think our guys will be a lot harder to push around for 60 minutes than they were last week. Could just be those purple glasses again.

Reed could of easily let him fall forward, instead he tried to snap him in two. "I give Leroy Harris credit. They’re trying to bend Chris Johnson backwards and break him in half and he goes in there to take the guys off of his ball carrier. That’s what an offensive lineman is supposed to do.” said Dan Dierdorf,CBS commentator

I hope you guys get blown out, half your team is going into this game on wheelchairs. We may have lost but we left our mark.

Reed lets him fall forward, the whistle blows and he can't strip the ball.

I guess we'll see about the getting blown out part.

Now if The Ravens would only do that to Hines Ward...
