These clowns tonight didn't even play basic football. I pointed out to my son how just about every Titan did something that every little league coach tells you not to. Michael Griffin loves to hit everyone in the chest and not wrap up, does anyone ever say to these guys tackle correctly? McCarthy..hey idiot your a LB. You fill the hole when you see it open. Tonight he sees the hole and waits for the third string Donald Brown to come out of it and then gets run over. Even better on the last touchdown by Brown he waits again for the running back to come out of the hole instead of filling and Brown runs right by him as he puts his hands on his helmet and wonders how Brown keeps getting by him... Did you ever wonder why the colt receivers are always open underneath or the TE is always wide open? Its simple we have no NFL linebackers. Ayers needs to go back to high school and learn how to tackle first and then cover he is easily just wasting space. McCarthy same thing can't cover, won't fill a hole and can't make a stop unless hes sent on a blitz and luckily runs in to someone. Wimbly omg..this guy just runs to the QB whether its a pass or run he don't care he is only looking to get the QB and never does. We got beat by a second year QB and TE and the third string running back. If I was a Titan I'd kill myself in the locker room. I've never seen a more terrible excuse for a human being, much less a football player than most of the Titan defensive players. If I tried out for this pansy team I'm sure I'd be a starter...
Posting after another frustrating loss. Sigh.
First half was excellent. 2nd half started poorly and the Wyles turn over killed the game. Hope he gets cut tomorrow. Special teams have been a massive problem this year.
both units were pathetic in the 2nd half.
Saw the Colts comeback coming and couldn't stop it.
4-6, season 98% over. I leave 2% because all the AFC teams battling for the 6th wild card spot are incompetent.
But I hope we don't get it at this point. Change is needed, playoffs will only convince ownership we are putting an acceptable product on the field. What Munchak has fielded this year is not acceptable.
Can someone PLEASE hold onto the ball on special teams? Seriously WTF
I just cannot understand the thought behind some of the play calling offensive schemes.
So CJ comes out, looks the best we've seen him, 2 tads and then we go to only Greene the next drive?!?'WHAT!!!
Don't you ride the hot hand? I feel like they force Greene out there for full drives. It's dumb, then on 3rd and 1 you go five wide and screw it up!?! C'mon!
That guy Wylie. GTFO and go back to the trash heap. Titans returners you have one job! Hold onto the ball! WE fans don't expect much!
This coaching staff is a joke. Its like in the second half they forgot how to run the ball!!!!!!!
Its no coincidence that CJ has struggled and the Titans have had a hard time in the run game ever since Munch came on board. I have always thought Munch doesn't know how to use CJ. I've noticed that when ever we get down by at least a touchdown this coaching staff abandons the run. I understand that CJ and the run game has struggled this year establishing the run but when you abandon it so easily its hard to get anything going. This game he was running really well but, hardly any touches in the second half. Coming out of half time--after the Colts scored back to back scores, in our first offensive series we attempt three passing plays in a row. We had been gashing them through out the first half, why not the run ball a little and give our defense a little time to recover after a devastating turnover and score. There just seems to be very little balance through out the course of the game. One drive we will throw it every play and then the next its almost exclusively run...sometimes they are separated by halves. How did the Colts get back into this game after being down by 2 TDs? They ran the freaking ball! And in the fourth quarter. when our defense was tired they exerted their will. This coaching staff does not have that mentality.
I don't post much on here anymore, though I follow the site regularly, and I very rarely start threads, but I can hardly take this anymore. After all the free agency moves in the offseason and a promising start it was make or break for this HC- the writing is on the wall.
Completely agree here, I felt like CJ came out hot and he was playing very well in the first quarter then they send in greene. That 3rd and 1 where we go 5 wide is something I question too! Maybe they should go 5 wide if it was 3rd and long or first down but not 3rd and 1, just stupid and frustrating
I didn't get why we quit running the hurry up. Did Loggins decide it was working too good so he should go back to running an f'ing 3rd and 1 play with Fitz-retard in the shotgun and Shonn Greene split out wide type offense? To top it off I was sitting next to some annoying Colts fans who talked about how much Manning screwed us over. It was less than awesome to say the least.
Maybe the Steelers want Wylie back, their fans sure seemed high on him when he was there.
"There are people on this strange field in front of me. They're wearing uniforms and appear to be fighting. Why am I here? What is this thing on my head? This place seems dangerous, should I leave? Is this what modern warfare looks like? Who am I? Who are any of us? Wha?"
