I played a game with my friend a few years ago that the ball was fumbled on the kick off with less then a minute left game timed ... and no one on either team could pick it up. It lasted for at least 20 minutes and the ball eventually got pushed out of bounds. When the OT started everyone that was on special teams had 0 stamina left. We just kept pushing piles of guys back and forth trying to reach the endzone.
sometimes online, if the ball hits the goalpost on the kickoff, you get the ball on the opposing 30 yd. line. I've had it go in my favor, not against me yet.
