Free agent Williams facing felony cocaine charge

Wright reports that <a href="http://www.jacksonville.com/sports/football/jaguars/2009-04-06/story/ex-jaguars_wr_williams_arrested_again" target="_blank">Williams was arrested</a> Sunday in Houston and charged with felony cocaine possession. Williams was also arrested in February, but the charges against him from that incident were dropped.</p>
