Dayum, the kid is the first player ever to have a hatrick in the u-17 world cup and the u-20 world cup. His goals and assists have not only come in bunches, but they have been spectacular too. The kid is living up to the hype. While his MLS career has been underwhelming, you can lame that on a stubborn DC united coach, and the pourous Salt Lake team. But surrounded by talent, Adu seems to shine. I hope he makes the USA world cup team for no other reason than he seems to be that spark of magic that has been missing all these years. I think he earned it with this performance. He is a small dude, but he's using that to his advantage. Here are some of the nighlights.

Whatever he is, he's incredibly talented. It would be great if he could make the next US team.

Adu needs to GET OUT of the States immediately. We're horrible when it comes to developing talent, and as long as he's here he'll never live up to the potential. He should go to Europe, and polish his skills, become the best, and then return later.
