    Just FYI..this Saturday is the Franklin Main Street Brew Fest in downtown Franklin. Decent beer, great time. Will be working it again and every year one of my favorite activities.

    Just FYI...all online tickets sold. Still a few available at Cool Springs Brewery, McCreary's in Downtown Franklin and Battleground (ahem) "Brewery".

    Not a fan, eh?

    I've only had a couple of their offerings. One I liked. One I didn't. Forget which.

    I had some samples from some guys from Sparta and the Calf Killer Brewing Co. I enjoyed something they called "Brown Recluse".

    I haven't had the stuff from the Sparta guys but they will be at the East Nashville Beer Fest which should be an epic fest for this area.

    Problem I have with Battleground Brewery is that they aren't. Their "beer" is actually just Sweetwater that they slap their label on and call it their own.
