    I will NEVER understand why we let him walk after the 2008 season.

    IIRC, he was #1 in both PR and KR average. There weren't many elite returners that year.

    Never took it to the house, but he gave us great field position. He was very consistent.

    People always said we let him walk because he wanted to start at CB. Well, I find that hard to believe since he went on to be a 3rd or 4th CB for the Ravens.

    Good for him....always good to see a story like this.

    I agree that it was too bad that he left after the 08 season. That following season I seem to remember us having numerous issues with the return game that arguably cost us more than one game (at least one during that horrific 0-6 start IMO).

    He was never flashy, but I always remember him getting good yardage.
