football equipment ratings

    Does anybody know a website where they rate sports equipment(WR gloves, cleats, etc) like they do PCs?

    Nope, and I think it would be a pointless excercise since it's all subjective when it comes to football gear.

    You have a point...but I have heard some say that Reebok's WR gloves are the best...by far. I am a Nike fan, so naturally, I am in denial. :)

    Can't say anything about reciever gloves, but if I were you I'd go to the store, try out the different gloves, bring a mate to throw you some balls, and then pick the ones you like.

    Personally I use Cutters (LB) because they have good protection on the back of the hand, good but not great grip, but most importantly they're durable. All the Nike's, Neumann's and Reebok's I've tried fell apart after just 5-6 games, whereas my Cutters have lasted 2 seasons now.
