Wimbley put Morgan on the map this year imo. we were looking at John Abraham last year I don't see why we wouldn't wanna sign him this year.

That would be a great 3 headed monster at DE, just keep rotating them every series and I'd bet they'd all have close to double digit sack numbers.

IDK I think we all just witnessed Abrahams last double digit sack season in the NFL. He can still contribute but hoping for 10+ sacks at his age is wishful thinking.

Well offensive tackles don't come out unless theyre hurt, after sending Brown and Wimbley at that tackle you'd think he'd wear down, perfect time for Abraham to sneak in a sack.

I'm in no way saying I'm against he signing at the right price. Heck if he gives us 7-8 sacks I would be ecstatic not to mention the experience and knowledge he brings.

Obviously DE rotation is huge. If you can have your DEs going 100% every snap they're in, they should get pressure more consistently. While the OTs, who stay in the game 24/7, will start to get tired.

Quesiton is, will we go out and spend on another DE like we did Kam?

It's obviously wishful thinking hoping for 3 guys to get 10 sacks each, but Abraham isn't done playing, he's got plenty to offer.

The 2007 Giants were the closet to making this happen with Tuck, Umenyoira, and Strahan

I believe Dawson can get 5-6 sacks if he stays healthy. If all the other DEs get 6 sacks we would be in great shape! I hope we can draft a stud DE or stout DT that can stop the run and still put pressure on the QB. It would make all the difference in the world for our secondary.

Hopefully the answer is yes or we draft one in the 1st round.
