I'm one of the last to think so and still love all the great memories he helped bring to me while following the Titans but this team needs a change at the top.
To those who seen it well before me you were right I was wrong.

Hopefully we'll find a needle in a haystack.

What are some legitimate reasons Fisher needs to leave? Seriously, I want to hear some really good reasons and explanations as to why that will spur the miraculous recovery of this "lost" team everyone expects.
It surely won't instantly fix all the problems and a new head coach just brings 2-3 seasons of "rebuilding" before fans are ready to ask for his head too. The team is struggling this year and the worst coaching job might at the defensive coordinator spot, at least in my opinion.

DBC not siding with Fisher. The revolution is near.

^..tell me why we should keep him here. What good is he doing? What is the upside of keeping him? Enlighten me. Because I can list plenty of positives about replacing him.

It seems to have worked for the Chiefs.

With Vince Young, this team is ready to make that jump into the playoffs, but not with Fisher. Coach Fisher was great 10 years ago when his approach was working, now it's stale & predictable. It's really just that simple.

About time you saw the light. Thing is, your not important enough to start threads like this when a million already exist.

We could use a change at owner too. Adams wouldn't let Fisher rehire Gregg Williams because of a nepotism rule he has yet the Saints who care about winning more than worrying about family members working in the organization told Williams and his son they were wanted and the Saints go on to win the SB.

Fisher still should have had a better 2nd choice than Cecil.

You've said the obvious yourself. Unless it's to save his job, Fisher won't fire the defensive coordinator...he's that loyal. Fisher isn't a terrible coach, but he is stubborn. I'm ready for 2-3 years of rebuilding.
