First Round pick for Turner

    Not really...A future pick drops a notch. So, a 2008 #1 is REALLY worth a #2 on the trade value chart in '07.

    It's also good deal for SD, cause the best they would get for him is 3rd round comp in '09 should Turner leave via free agency after this season.

    Man, I will be pretty bummed if it GB and not us.

    Anybody think we are going DE in the first? We went after Stollworth and it flopped so my speculation is that they will stick with the plan. I would love Meacham too though. I'm a happy camper either way if we get Turner.

    I think I might pee on myself if we were somehow able to get Darrel Jackson in a trade too.

    Man, it probably is GB. We need to get SOMEBODY just so this offseason has at least one thing that makes us think we're not laying down on the tracks.

    In addition, word is that the Packers just traded their 3rd round pick for Randy Moss. It's apparent they have a WIN NOW attitude...

    Moss only warrants a 3rd? I know he hasn't been that great lately, but probably due to the team/qb more than himself.

    When I first saw this, the first team I thought of was Green Bay. They're looking at maybe drafting Lynch in the first, why not get Turner instead, would make sense. They come out happy, Chargers get another 1st they're happy. Titans keep our picks we're happy!
