I like bigtitan's lineup except with lowry at SS. Problem is with the diagram it is for a nickel package not for 2 safties vs a 4 WR set. Normally you would play a dime against that.. Sooo..

In our normal setups on offense we have hall at FB, scaife at TE with taylor and jones at WR.

 

Question...

Not to be mean but there are three WRs on that left side. You guys are going to cover them with one corner hope and bulluck?

You need three guys who can cover right? CB and 2 nickels. Hope is fine in the 3 spot but you have to have 2 good cover guys on that left side. I like fuller in that 3 slot because he is our backup nickel and can cover there which frees hope to play centerfield. No LT!

 

if lamnont thompson is still starting, clearly we arent doing everything we can to make our team better.

Even in nickel and dime sets we have no need for LT. Lowry, fuller or a draft pick should start but even in this set up against 4 WR we don't need him. Woolfolk can cover in the dime better than he can. I can replace thornton at D5 with woolfolk before i would use LT though schwartz and fisher will likely use hope there with LT at the 11 spot.

 

Why are there 4 receivers and 3 linebackers on the field?
