Favourite NFL Player (non-Titan)

    I thought I'd revisit an old question that hasn't been asked for a while. For this thread let's leave all-current and ex-Titans out of the mix.

    Who's your favourite NFL player?

    I've always made a point of naming a defensive player (usually a cornerback) when asked this, but honestly my favourite non-Titan currently playing in the NFL is the Panther's Steve Smith. The guy has insane skills and no one is more passionate when playing. IMO no offensive player is more explosive than SS. Imagine if he ever hooked up with a big time QB. Wow.

    Can somebody please tell me what happened to him. Last I heard he was cut by the Broncos. I know he was hurt and failed the physical but did he retire?
