"How 'bout some more beans Mr. Taggert?"

Mr. Taggert then says while waving 10 gallon hat:

"I'd say you boys has had enough!"

Donkey: You might have seen a housefly, maybe even a superfly, but I bet you ain't never seen a donkey fly. Ha, ha.

Donkey: I'll find those stairs. I'll whip their butt, too. Those stairs won't know which way they're going.

Reg: All right, but apart from the sanitation, medicine, education, wine, public order, irrigation, roads, the fresh water system and public health, what have the Romans ever done for us?
    Attendee: Brought peace?
Reg: Oh, peace - shut up!

Reg: What's the point of fighting for his right to have babies, when he can't have babies?
Francis: It is symbolic of our struggle against oppression.
Reg: It's symbolic of his struggle against reality.

There are so many great quotes from that movie, two of my favorites from that one:

Ron Burgundy: Discovered by the Germans in 1904, they named it San Diego, which of course in German means a whale's ******.

Ron Burgundy: Well, I could be wrong, but I believe, uh, diversity is an old, old wooden ship that was used during the Civil War era.

    And from other movies:

    Dumb and Dumber:
Harry: One time, we successfully mated a bulldog with a Shih-Tzu.
    Mary: Really? That's strange.
Harry: Yeah, we called it a bull****.

Harry: Ooh, look at the buns on that one...
Lloyd: Yeah, he must work out.

    Stripes:
Recruiter: Now, are either of you homosexuals?
John Winger: You mean like flaming? Or part time?
Recruiter: Well, it's a question we have to ask of all our new recruits.
Russell Ziskey: No, we're not homosexual, but we are willing to learn.

(as they're working on drill/rythm with marching)
Russell Ziskey: Black guys help the white guys...

One of my favourite quotes & also IMO one of the best opening sequences ever. The full opnonig scene is 8 & a half minutes long but i wasn't able to find it.

    # Harmonica: "Did you bring a horse for me?"
    # Henchman: "Looks like we're shy one horse."
    # Harmonica: (shaking his head): "You brought two too many."
