There's an older park located in Pittsburgh called Kennywood. Its a very large park located right on one of the 3 Rivers. They have a rollercoaster there, (used to be called The Pippen), that's built on a mountain. Most of the rollercoaster hugs the mountain and is in most points, no further than 6 feet off the ground. At one time, it was the fastest coaster in the country. I left some DNA on the seat first time I rode it. I just can't remember the name of that dam thing.
My kids, younger kids, love that new water park in Sevierville, (Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge) called Wilderness. Two huge hotels surrounded by 3 water parks. Staying at one of the hotels gives you free access to all 3 parks. One of the water parks in 100% indoors, water park all year long. Step out of your hotel room. Get on the elevator. Go out the door............ Water Park! It's a great deal and close to Nashville where we are, thanks to Gaylord, amusement park free.
