Falcons/Texans I must admit....

Beating 4 teams with winning records? Let's look at that first:
Titans, Bengals, Steelers, Falcons.
Titans are bipolar

Bengals have been on the decline (struggled against the Browns, got slaughtered by the Steelers)

Steelers had been struggling early in the season. Don't you remember? They got thumped by the Ravens and barely came away with a win over the Colts. They barely beat the Colts by 3 points. The Steelers didn't get their act together until right before they played us, and they've been the same old Steelers ever since. I mean, unless you have the short term memory of a pothead, surely you remember everyone wondering what was wrong with the Steelers in the first few weeks.

Falcons. The Falcons are a terrible road team. They got slaughtered by Chicago. They got beat by the freakin' Buccaneers and barely escaped Seattle with a win.

So there's your four big wins. The only legit contender in there would be the Steelers, but if the Steelers had continued to play as they were at that time, they'd likely be chasing the Bengals in hopes of a Wild Card spot.


As far as the top 5 defense, well, we just talked about your only notable wins. So that leaves teams like the Browns, Jaguars, Colts, Dolphins, and the Buccaneers. Yeah, you know how many of those teams are rated above 20 in terms of total offense? One, and only because they're at 18. The Jaguars and Colts are the last two in the league. Good job, you have a top 5 defense playing the worst offenses. Who knows, if the league had slipped the Rams into your schedule you might be #1!!

And what happened to your top 5 defense when you played legit offenses? Well, the Saints hung 40 on you. The Ravens put up 29. The Raiders put up 25.

So what's the Cow excuse? "Well they're undefeated at home!" Yeah, well, they're good teams (Saints and Ravens, Raiders not so much). Come talk to me when the Cows beat someone like the 49ers, Packers, or Patriots, then I'll give a nod to your defense. But beating up on a bunch of scrub teams? Ha! No way. :ha:

Ok, so let me get this straight... The Texans played the 4-9 Dolphins, the 7-6 Raiders and the Titans played the 5-8 Bills and the 8-5 Broncos. That the only difference in the schedule right?

You are telling me that the Texans played worse teams and have 11th ranked SOS and the Titans have a 24th ranking?

To be fair, the Broncos were terrible when we played them. We did not have to contend with The Chosen One.
