That's because within the NFL he can only deny lateral moves, which he has done with Munchak. As soon as another NFL team offers a promotion, he can't deny it.
I'm just astounded that the contract is even legal. In my country it would not be legal to prevent an employee to look for another job. It's tantamount to slavery (albeit paid).
yeah must really suck too be paid $100k+ to coach in the NFL. They should form a union or something ....
When has Munchak ever been contacted about making a lateral move? Can anybody provide a link for this or any other example of Fisher not allowing a coach to discuss another job?
