    preseason or not.....the 'coach's dream' is sucking....hard.

to say i am not worried would be lying and that a sophmore slump could be more of a possibility than i thought.

doesnt his actions remind you of a former titan, first rounder, who also ran back home (in his case to 'study') after a good first year? (you guys know that i got a friend who goes to Texas, yes me the egyptian, and he told me that Young was in one of his summer classes, no bullsh*t. he saw him once...and never again...hmmm).

and i hope that the d-line steps up....they seem nothing of last year.

yeah yeah the steelers went a year going 0-4 in the preseason but took home the trophy. i definitely didnt watch, but i seriously doubt their starters were struggling this much

I'll wait until the regular season starts to see how CJ does, but I've been concerned for a while that CJ thinks he's the next coming of Bolt and will see major slump this year. Teams are ready for him now, whereas they didn't know what to expect from him last year. Mr. CJ also has an ego the size of Texas. Don't tell me how good you are CJ, show me on the field. The jury is still out.

I thought he looked better in this past game. He made a real nice catch and still continues to read the blitz and blocks pretty good.

I think the majority of us here over analyze things, making ourselves crazy for nothing. We know C.J. can run, same for LenDale. Coach Fisher said: "you don't want to open against us" which to me says he is probably only running the basic vanilla plays right now so he doesn't show his hand, and blow a win in Pittsburgh. After that game we all can figure out what the Titans are all about. Some of the members keep reiterating that were in preseason, and I'll go with that excuse for the reasoning behind a shaky start.

he had a nice blitz pickup and a good grab in the flat, but he looked timid to me when approaching the line.
at times he almost reminded me of Chris Henry
