He is smart, athletic enough and on time, which is the answer to the arm strength many question. Given the right system, he will shine. Havent seen a better back shoulder thrower in the college ranks.

    He's my ultimate locker comparison.

I'll do a full write up on him as well. I've spent a lot of time on him already and I like him a lot actually.

Side note... First QB class I really looked at was lockers. Obviously I didn't have much experience at that time. My initial thoughts from that class was that locker was going to be our franchise guy, kaepernick had too long/ugly of a release and Wilson was underrated and reminded me most of a pro QB.

I think the things I missed on locker was the fact he is injury prone and has anxiety issues. I was aware of them at the time.. But I overlooked the outlook on how those things would affect him. Talent wise I think I was on point, but failed to realize the potential of the issues going forward.

Yup. That's his bread and butter and rightfully so. It sticks out. That's the type of pass that has huge success at the next level.

Thats interesting. I didnt see a lot of Locker in his game. I saw that he can be an athlete, but doesnt utilize like Jake. Keep in mind I have only gotten to see two full games of Fales. I wont analyize somebody based on youtube clips, I gotta see the good and the bad. He is much better within the pocket than Jake as far as footwork and manuevering within the pocket.I love Fales accurracy. What do you see in Fales that you see in Locker? Not being critical.Curious as to what I may be missing?

I was half asleep when I wrote that.

I should have mentioned he's locker with better accuracy, especially with moving targets/slants

Locker has above level athletics that Fales doesn't have. However Fales uses it in the pocket much better than locker. Eludes the rush. Keeps his feet under him. Will run if he sees it's beneficial. Doesn't use his legs as much as locker but shows that slight spark in the pocket.

Similar tendencies out of the pocket and on the move. Good accuracy and can throw on the run. Likes the outside digs and comebacks.

He doesn't have the arm locker does, but he doesn't have the negatives either. He has good touch which is something locker hasn't figure out either.

Hard to really explain but when I see him play he just reminds me so much of lockers game. Not exactly the same athlete but gamey and alike in a lot of ways. The good parts at least. Locker was taken top ten... I'll gladly take Fales in the late second or later. I think by the time he combine comes around he finds place in the second.

Fales is better than Carr to me. He is growing on me and can be had later on. I am starting to really like him

Bro you're backing Carr and Manziel... I think I'll stick to doing it my way.
