I was thinking by the subject that he got released.. I was about to say.
Even if it is real.. How much actual exercise does a RB get in one game? 5 minutes of actual playing time, from whistle to whistle? and about 2/5 of that time, they're blocking for a QB.
I think you could be decently out of shape and still be able to handle the workload of 5 minutes of ball busting exercise, one day per week, 16 days per year. The rest of the time, most players are dillydallying around while the NFL is making their money from their bud light sponsorships.
Really? So if CJ woomped up to 230 you'd be cool with it?
Okay so three days ago...
@TyDunne: A look at Eddie Lacy in ball security... https://t.co/2oQPqACJ1V
Doesn't look that bad.
CJ runs like a wimp. He is a scatback. If he gained weight, it would be a detriment to his "game."
He would essentially be a shorter Jamie Harper.
If a RB who is a hard runner packs on some pounds, I don't see a problem. Bettis was fat throughout his whole career. Quite a few backs have been successful and big. If a Runner like MJD gained some weight in the offseason, I don't see how it would be a big deal. CJ is a different story.
It's one thing to pack on the lbs... It's entirely another to look grossly out of shape. The second doesn't bode well for any athlete.
Must be the angle or something, he's not really that big.
pic 10 from that link is Lacy also - he's big but doesn't look like an o-lineman in #10
Wait. I can't tell. Are you joking?
Lacy is a product of the system and lineman see mark ingram who is way more talented than Lacy.
