    For the life of me I have NEVER understood the whole Clapton thing. Besides that I will always downvote any white limey who plays blues guitar. Just stop it.

    Did he tour like right after his son's death or something? Maybe that was the best way for him to keep his mind off the tragedy.

    I don't know... But you're the first person I've ever heard dog Clapton for this. Canadian thing, eh?

    I could honestly care less about Tears in Heaven. I know nothing of the backstory, but I can say people grieve and express themselves in different ways. A lot of musicians made money off 9-11. Music is all about expression and playing off peoples feelings. The more you can play on peoples feelings, the more money you will make.

    On a side note, how is Van Morrison not in this?
