How can someone vote for the guy who profited off the death of his son over this amazing bad?

I like some of the Bluesbreakers stuff and Cream but Clapton has been pretty unexciting for the majority of his career IMO.
I rolled my 60's Brit rock vote into the The Who this round.

Just thought it was a pretty lame thing to say about using his son's death to benefit him.

Well I guess he was happy he lost his son and immediately thought "hell yea, I can profit off of this!"

Not a huge fan of Clapton by any means, but never once did I think he was a d*ck for writing a song about the death of his son.
