I've been watching all the 1st round projected DTs and I have to say no one looks better than Still. I didn't like the guy until now. He's quick off the snap, strong, and he makes plays. Poe and Cox not so much. Brocker's videos don't seem to paint the picture I remember seeing when I watched him this year but he does seem really quick off the snap.
Best thing about still, is he is productive while having bad technique. Plays too high. With the right pad level, dudes gonna be a monster.
DE is our biggest need, but if there arnt any quality ones on the board, our next biggest would be C or DT. Unless you like just going bpa then there really isn't much of an argument.
I started hyping Still way before anyone else on this board, but now I'm starting to worry about him. He missed most of the first half of his career with injuries, got banged up midway through his senior year and he still isn't 100 percent. I think he will be an absolute beast when he plays, but his health worries me.
The thing is the positions in football that seem to sustain the most injuries are the interior offensive and defensive lines. This is why I tend to shy away from those guys in the first round, not to mention the fact that DE is, by far, our biggest need. 1a. Mercilus 1b. Perry 1c. Barron 1d. Floyd
he may make it to 19 but i dont think he gets past the bears now that they got marshall and need a de too....because the bills got mario and phins will have to take a qb i assume then the panthers need dt help more than de so im hoping but who knows
I do not want Floyd, period. Decastro is the best guard prospect in 15 years if he is there we MUST take him. if possible i would like to get Alshon Jeffery in the second round.
