After losing three straight games, the Titans have plenty to correct before they face St. Louis on Nov. 3.

But one issue that is clearly bothering Titans coach Mike Munchak is dropped passes. The Titans had a few more on Sunday, including one by Darius Reynaud on a third down that killed an early drive.

“You reach the point where you’re practicing every day — you’re working on the (Jugs machine), you’re working on it in practice, and you don’t see the drops in practice,” Munchak said. “Kendall Wright had nine catches yesterday, but he dropped a ball. The same thing happened in Seattle. He’s probably our best receiver now, but he dropped the ball on a crossing route.

“You continue to work on these things and you continue to stress them but we’re not overcoming them because we’re not making the big play … When you’re not doing those things, a drop here, a drop there, or a penalty here or there will kill you. That’s what’s happening to us.”

WR's hear those defensive footsteps getting close and lose their concentration.

Receivers on this team aren't very good, there are practice players then there are gameday players who perform big in games.

its good to know that our best WR cant get a 100 yards in a game. Especially when he was supposed to be this guy who could beat people deep and run after the catch.

Are you speaking of Kendall Wright? If you are, we aren't even using him that way. Don't get me wrong, I totally agree with you. We use him for crossing patterns, short slants, and wide receiver screens. It would be nice to see Loggains stretch the field with him. He is a burner!
