You are assuming Orakpo will remain healthy the entire year, I'm skeptical. Fowler is an instant upgrade over Morgan, and would push Morgan to a reserve role which is were he belongs in all honesty. Waynes would instantly be the best corner on the roster, period. I could argue the same for Collins as well.

All that said, I agree that they may not become instant starters but who can tell with any draft pick really? Many times I think a draft pick will be a day one starter and week one they ride the pine.

Haven't done this in a while:

    (used CBS Sports rankings)
    1. Leonard Williams (DE, #2)
    2. Todd Gurley (RB, #33 - didn't wanna go RB this early but couldn't pass)
    3. Xavier Cooper (NT, #66)
    4. Donovan Smith (OT, #100)
    5. Kenny Bell (WR, #138)
    6. Zach Wagenmann (OLB, #177)
    7. Brock Hekking (OLB, #208)

    (used fan speak rankings)

    1. Jameis Winston (QB, #2 - Mariota went 1st)
    2. Ereck Flowers (OT, #33)
    3. Nelson Aglohor (WR, 66)
    4. TJ Yeldon (RB, #100)
    5. Doran Grant (CB, #138)
    6. Xavier Williams (NT, #177)
    7. Leterrius Walton (NT, #208)

I didn't mean to go so offense heavy rounds 2 through 4, but they were clearly BPA IMO. Went NT back to back, but Walton is a huge favorite sleeper of mine, had to pick him round 7 when he was still there.

I thought it would be fun to draft as another team and see what the simulator came up with for the Titans. I chose the Patriots and generally picked BPA with a little bit of needs thrown in for good measure.

Here's what the simulator chose for us.

Some of them have a "best value remaining" list you can pick from, who will usually have pretty good ratings. But for the most part, take who you'd want if you were the GM and don't worry about the sites ratings. They're just basing it off their ratings or someone elses.

One of my better ones. Really offensive heavy, but I took the value in round 4 and afterwards. Imagine the speed at WR if it were to go like this.
