Matthews wont make it out of the 2nd.
Just looked it up. Projected 2nd round??
Screw that, his measurables aren't good enough for 2nd round IMO.
Yea and drew Brees isn't a top 5 QB either....
6'3 -205 isn't good enough for the second??
Dudes gonna wind up a saint or patriot and you are gonna be like.... Damn... That kid can ball.
Kendall Wright - 1st round pick
Justin Hunter - 1st round pick (essentially)
I think OT is more important at 11 at this point because that would be three 1st round wide receivers in 3 years. I mean, that is of course dependent on who is there OT, DE, QB, and WR wise. If Watkins is there, we have to take him if one of the big 3 at QB (Bridgewater, Manziel, Bortle) isn't there or a player like Clowney, Barr, or Matthews.
Manziel shouldn't ever be in the conversation.
Tackle I guess is a big need moving forward but I hate going that route in the first.
I'd rather see Kony, Beasley or Easley. Tackle in the second if we are going to go the locker route this year.
Vic Beasley? Like really? The last thing we need is a 235 lbs defensive end.
Kareem Martin DE UNC has a lot of un-tap potential and would be a great pick up in the later rounds could go anywhere from 2-4
It all depends on the new HC and what he thinks about the team. I doubt the new guy will have any faith in Locker with him getting hurt and Just not seeming to have the winning whatever that top QB's have. This doesnt mean QB at 11 though. I like Mettenberger right now. He can be had for a second round pick or later right now.
