Did Martin bring up his concerns to Dolphins management when this started? And is the the first time the Dolphins did anything about it? If so then Martin could sue the Dolphins.

I believe he brought this concern up to officials. I think some looked the other way but some I think did not know. I am interested to find out what the league finds out and I think the league will ban this guy and fine the dolphins organization for not being proactive about this situation if they did know about it.

Yes it may be classless but this anti-bullying crusade is creating an army of victims. With any incident like this I think the fault should be split 50/50. Half on the guy being an a-hole and half on the guy that needs to mature enough to handle a-holes. But I suppose that solution means that people must hold THEMSELVES accountable.. heaven forbid we ever blame ourselves for anything

Well it can be grounds for a lawsuit. Due to "hostile work environment." It is the same idea as sexual harassment. If an employee brings up concerns about a co-worker and they do not address it in a timely manner then the company is in serious trouble.

If this happened where I work Incognito would be fired on the spot. Back when it happened.

in 12 of 15 school shootings since the 90's, the shooters were extensively bullied. (is it okay to wear ribbons for those victims?)

Go ahead, turn your head and pretend like it doesnt happen and that these victims are somehow wrong in some way for wanting to be treated with respect.

How about.. instead of crying about victims being victims, you pull your head out of your ass and realize that this **** needs to be stopped at all ages.

Or here you go, google this "bullying leads to school shooting" and try to educate yourself a little bit.

So a kid comes to school (or worker) and gets picked on and bullied and actually fears coming to school/work every day, and he should share 50 percent of the blame? Are you young, or just stupid? Maturity has nothing to do with it, except by the bully. "Oh, I should grow up and learn how to be picked on and not let it bother me"

    Just stupid

No.. you should learn how to cope and move on. That is what human beings do. We cope with our environment. Are you saying school shootings are justified because some kid was mean to another kid?

Bullying is not some new phenomenon.

Trouble is, in this situation, we are not talking about kids. Richie Incognito is 30 for **** sakes. He should know better than to act like that with a coworker. People here do not even come close to talking to each other like that.

Nobody is pretending like bullying doesnt happen. I dont see how you can unless you were home schooled or something. But stopping kids from being mean to one another is not something that can be done. It's kind of one of those, "since the dawn of time" sort of things. Maybe the root problem goes beyond personal accountability and moves into unchecked idealism.
