SUMMARY: Olindo Mare kicked a 39-yard field goal late in the fourth quarter to lift the Miami Dolphins to a 13-10 victory over the Tennessee Titans at Dolphin Stadium. Titans QB Kerry Collins completed 19-of-33 passes for 269 yards with a touchdown and a pair of costly interceptions for the Titans (0-3), who have lost their first three games for the first time since 2001. Tennessee appeared to take the lead with 8 1/2 minutes to play in the fourth quarter when Pacman Jones eluded a couple of tacklers on a punt return and raced 76 yards for an apparent touchdown. A penalty for an illegal block negated the runback and the offense quickly went three and out. The Dolphins took over on their own 29 after the punt and two big plays put them in scoring range. Dolphins RB Ronnie Brown broke free for a 27-yard run and Marty Booker ran a reverse for 18 yards to set up a first down at the Tennessee 23. The drive stalled and Mare booted a 39-yard field goal with 3:39 remaining which was enough for the Dolphins to claim their first win of the season.

Man....we were so close too....okay so....Reynaldo Hill is not good i cant see him in our future plans....sorry for all the fans out there but he has played horrible for the past 3 games! Collins....good in the first half then what happend?! Too many erractic passes....at times during the game i was hoping they would out VY in...but thats okay....Henry ran pretty well....tough runner and stuff and Givens played well too... i dont know what to think anymore...hey maybe we actually can get Calvin Johnson or Adrian Peterson...or that DB from Miami

Well Roos played well, and I'd assume Bell too considering Taylor and Carter were invisible basically the entire game. Our defence showed more fire and in all honesty were only dragged down by Thompson and Hill. Heck even Sirmon didn't look like a complete liability today.

But that's about it for the positive on this game as far as I see.

yeah, roos played very well in pass protection. he still doesnt finish his blocks when it comes to the running game. i've noticed bell kind of gives up on plays sometimes.

they looked better overall. given the pregame rumors Vince Youngs chances fo starting may have lessened a bit, but maybe not enough to make a difference. The d overall played very well, with a few glaring weaknesses. Things look like they will be real up in the air. Vince Young is an x factor in more ways than one. despite our record, this is a very exciting time for us.

yeah im starting to wonder if we should consider meriweather...Thompson is really dissapointing me as well as Hill...and as for "glaring weaknesses" a good team will exploit those with ease...they need to my corrected fast...watching the game though. it seems Collins gets hot then ICE cold the next series...i dont know but i kinda want to see how VY would do, just give him a shot it cant be any worse than what collins will give us...and clearly we need a TRUE playmaker on offense...and i really respect Keith Bullucks toughness and leadership to hop right back from that injury and get backinto the game and give it his all, we need a lot more of that on our team and hopefully that rubs off on the younger guys...
