Does Hasselbeck demand a trade after this?

Who would trade for HB?

 

We don't really need Hass at this point anyways. I'd rather see Locker start this season.

I'm sure Hass knows he is no Peyton Manning. Not even close.

 

Unless you wanna see Rusty at some point we do.

I got the impression watching Locker play last year that he is prolly going to be injured a lot, so a quality backup will be important.

 

I got the impression that Locker dont have a vagina so he will prolly not be injured much.

 

He had to go out once in the brief time he played last year.

And all that headfirst for the pylon stuff gets players hurt.

 

Cleveland jumps out to me as the most obvious. They don't seem to be particularly interested in chasing a free agent QB like Matt Flynn and they missed out on RG3. I think they might give Colt McCoy one more year.

Holmgren is in Cleveland and he no doubt still has affection for Hasselbeck from their Seattle days. They run an offense that Hasselbeck is perfect for. I think they might trade the Titans a 4th or a 5th for Hasselbeck and then use him to mentor McCoy much the way the Titans are having Hasselbeck mentor Locker.

Of course, the only way Hasselbeck gets traded is if Manning is signed.

 

He will be cut before he can demand for a trade.

I can deal with those injuries. Its the 'diva-ish' mystery hamstring and crap that I cant deal with.

Hasselbeck isn't the 13 year old girl everyone is pretending he is with this whole Manning thing.

If the "greatest ever" came to your job and your employer wanted them instead of you- would you quit if he didn't take the job? Would you take it as a "slap in the face"? He's the best. Why would it be insulting?

 

Yeah, but it's no secret that Hass will be released if we get Peyton. I really don't see a reason for anyone to try to trade for him. I'm sure the Titans will ask around, but it's not really any different than VY. I mean, they wouldn't be fooling anybody.

Hope I'm wrong, something is always better than nothing of course.
