Probably moving on, but I think the whole coaching staff is "moving on" after the season.

I know we're all optimistic this time of the year, but we need to remember this team was pathetic last year.

Come on though, we rotated in 12 or 13 different linemen last year, thats crazy. How could we be good while that was going on...

Where we ultimately failed last year was tooling this team with capable players, now thats been taken care of.

We were bad before injuries took their toll.

How many opening drives did the defense give up points? I think it was all of them. That's bad and has nothing to do with injuries to the offensive line.

    Senderrick Marks - gone
    Ryan Mouton - gone
    Jordan Babenaex - gone

we really have no weak spots on D now, we're better, and we added Greg Williams.

    Michael Griffin disagrees.

But seriously, I haven't had my Bernard Pollard kool-aid like most of you have. He can't cover and no matter how much we plan on rotating safeties he'll have to cover someone at some point.

    Griffin is still Griffin.

I don't like our defensive line.

I'm confident in our linebackers and corners, that's about it.

    1. We totally suck and everyone is gone. Munchak will be gone too, he can't keep blaming everything on the coordinators. It's his job to hire a competent coaching staff, eventually he's accountable.
    2. Edge of playoffs. Munch still might be gone but if not Williams probably leaves for a DC position unless Munch dumps Gray.
    3. Playoff bound. Williams becomes DC for the Titans.

if we make the playoffs how do you justify firing Jerry Gray?

The Ravens fired their Offensive Coordinator mid season last year, and they won it all!

I see the Williams thing as a win-win. If we lose and get Gregg Williams as our head coach, that's a win! If we win and Munchy proves that he is a good coach, that is also a win.
    afcsouthdom high fives this.

Nope, if we do well, you better believe other teams will be at his door step before our season is even over with, with a Brinks truck sitting in the drive way. $$$$$$

As far as last season goes it started off like some sheet! When your starting QB goes down (in the very first damn game mind you), it started a chain reaction.
