Yes. Thank you. Exactly how I felt.

If the Titans manage to keep Locker and address problems in the draft, there is no reason to suggest that this move will set them back in the future after Manning is gone. I know, those are big ifs. But I have faith in MR, RW, and Munchak to make it work.

he had worse talent than that...

Peyton Manning made a name for guys like Austin Collie, Dallas Clark, Brandon Stokely, etc...

the Tyrone Calico effect. Manning would have Damian Williams looking like Marvin Harrison

CJ didn't play well last year, but to call a player who has had over 1000 yards most years, including a 2000 plus yard year as one who "sucks" is pretty short sighted.

There was no need to state Twilight years. No QB has ever won a superbowl for two teams.

You mention the Colts' weapons Manning had, you bring up the starters (Wayne, Harrison, Clark), but when you mention our receivers you only talk about our backups rather than starters (Britt, Washington, Cook) to make it seem like we don't have any good players for Manning to throw to.

We have a top 5 WR duo in Britt and Washington and the #2 pass blocking o-line.

Everyone knows that Cook is a window-licker...Manning's offense is full of audibles, no huddle...these aren't concepts he'll easily grasp.

Britt, if healthy would be fun to see catching balls from Manning but he is just as effective with Hasselbeck.

Washington is nothing special. He can catch but after the catch, please...

The thing I'm trying to say is that this distraction is going to cause us to lose out on critical FA's that we desperately need. I am shocked that this is actually happening.

    This about sums it up.

I guess it goes down to what you want the meat of the team to be. Offense or defense?

Possibly get a stud signal caller...or possibly get someone to crush the opposing signal caller.
