Do We Sign a Vet QB Still?

Look at Locker and think Mark Sanchez, but with talent. I'm serious. The Jets went to two consecutive AFC Tile games with him. We could do better if Munchak has any Rex Ryan in him.

People think I know Sanchez personally because I always include him in my top 10 NFL QB's, but I promise people I'm not biased, and I don't know the guy. The thing about Sanchez is, he's confident, and sure of himself, even if he's wrong. He can make you believe the sun rises in the west. Those kind of people have the ability to take control of those around them. In a 3rd & 6 situation, he gets 7 yards. That's EXACTLY what Munchak said about Locker! That's more an expression than a statement. Some guys just have "it". We use to say Vince had "it' too, but he's emotionally weak therefor it doesn't stick. Jake Locker could make Chuck Norris cry. I've been posting on this site long enough that many of you know I'm not some Jake Locker groupie. You guys gotta believe me that Locker was the right choice.

 

I am not going to disagree with you....his attitude is refreshing, and I am encouraged by what he is saying now. However, I will believe "it" when I see "it" on the field.

Regarding the veteran needs, I think we go after one of the tier two guys. I would really like to see Bulger here as well. I agree the we pretty much priced ourselves out of the Palmer/McNabb signings when we drafted Locker.

 

Jake Locker once had Parkinson's ,but shook it off.
