    It would seem that way or you just don't watch greene and 11 times he converted on 3rd down, is this quote from the one good game he had converting on short yardage?

    Maybe you could post an example where Greene wasn't hit immediately and still didn't convert.

    He is a good short yardage back.

    I did see him getting hit in the backfield on all of the plays he got stuffed on that I could find. But, greene and cj had about the same % on those short yard situations. Nobody would ever call cj a short yardage back and so you can't say that greene is. Why his last year on the jets was he pulled on those short yard situations in favor of powell? We need an upgrade over greene in this draft, a true power back. Greene is on the backside of his career and has looked worse and worse the last couple of years. I don't mind him in rotation, but no way can we go in with him being #1.

    I think its referring to the money invested in RB's

    If thats the case, we're not last, that would belong to the Steelers. Pittsburgh only has $2.2M tied up in their RB's. Without CJ I believe we're around $5M
